What is this!! It’s been growing in my fish tank for the last couple of years and it’s put out a baby but I’ve never o own what type of dracaena it is

Hi! Planta is telling me this is a heart leaf philodendron, but it doesn’t look like it to me. I know it’s a philodendron, but not sure the type. It’s a cutting off of my mom’s that she’s had for years, and it hangs like a vine, just trying to identify it. Thanks 😊

Bought labeled as just aglaonema. Repotted today, they were extremely root bound. Learned that there were actually two plants in the one pot! Woo! But… these look different to me. ChatGPT says one may be a valentine, the other a Siam. What do yall think?
