Was gifted this fella by a coworker who didn't want it and had no idea what it was. My guess has been a lemon lime philodendron but I'm not 100%. Anyone able to help ID?

Anyone have any clue what this could be? It keeps IDâing as a dracena, but itâs very different than any dracena Iâve had; the edges of the leaves are ribbed and slightly sharp almost like the cutting end of a tape dispenser, and according to my dad in its glory days the center was a flower of sorts. Iâm trying to rehab it for him but have no clue where to start!

Found this very strange succulent in a hanging planter at a garden store. Never seen anything like it, but it's thriving and I separated it out. Assistance with ID, esp scientific name, would be deeply appreciated!
