Planta and Google say this is a zz plant, does anyone know if that's true? To me it looks different as it doesn't grow anymore leaves and just grows taller. It's very slow at growing. It took me maybe 2 years to get this height. There are only 4 leaves per branch, except 1 that has 5. It receive lots of light and I never had problems watering it.
Hello! Does anyone know what type of plant this is? Any help would be appreciated :)
I spotted quite a few beautiful plants and flowers during my trip to San Francisco, and was wondering if anyone could identify any of these for me, particularly the cactus. TIA for any help in finding what any of these are!
I received this cutting tonight and Planta IDs it as a golden pothos. It has distinguishable white leaves throughout the mother plant and on the cutting’s leaves. Any help would be appreciated!
I recently bought a plant at a plant festival that was labeled Chinese Evergreen (no specific variety). Using Planta, I thought it most looked like the ‘Spring Snow’ variety. However, I came across a post from my local garden shop showing a Dieffenbachia Vesuvius and now I’m completely unsure because it really looks like that too! I sent them this picture and they say it’s a Diffenbachia, but it seems crazy that the vendor I bought it from would have it labeled incorrectly. I just want to make sure I know what it is so I can care for it properly. Do y’all think this is actually a CE or Dieffenbachia?
Hello! Any guesses as to what exactly this plant is? My scanner on the app brought up a very different plant.
Went and got some more rescues after Milton. Only having problems identify this one I think it’s some sort of philodendron but not 1000 percent sure.
anyone know what kind of aloe this is?? very thin and in clusters
What type of pothos would you say this is? 🤔 No label when I bought it. It was $5 on sale, so it’s not a rare.
Can anyone help me with identifying these babes
Hey guys I need help identifying these plant babies please help
I got these two plants from a mystery box and I know the one on the right is a golden pothos but I’m not positive what the one on the left is? Maybe a philodendron?
Helloo, I have these two new plants that were from a mystery box but no id on them. First one I have no idea some type of philodendron, has aerial roots, the new growth has a nice red. I think the second one may be a philo. Florida beauty maybe red Congo variegated?
Hi! Can anyone tell me what this plant is that I’ve acquired?
Hi everybody! I’m new here and a relatively new plant mom as well. I’ve been scanning my plants into Planta and it’s telling me my dieffenbacia is a sterling variety but it looks nothing like all the pictures…is the app correct or is this a different kind and can someone tell me that variation it is if it’s not sterling? Thanks!!
Hey everybody! I got this plant at a plant festival a couple of days ago, I’m assuming it’s a begonia. However I’m not 100% sure since it has pink/ red outlining. 🥹💓
Is this a prayer plant?

Hi guys! I just got a Hoya mathilde off Amazon! The package was delayed and she was in transit for 2 weeks but she’s looking good! I just wanted to know what other people think, bc the leaves are quite thin and larger than I thought and I’m doubting whether or not it’s actually a mathilde. Also, could anyone provide insight as to what the little brown-ish tan growth is by the bottom leaf?
