Hey guys need help identifying this, I found it on the floor in an alley and it looks like someone has already started propagating it I’m very confused as to why it was on the floor but I took it with me and I’m kinda new to all of this and was hoping for some advice like does it still need more propagating or is it ready for soils, it is variegated and has fenestration and obviously what plant you think it is? Thank you!
That looks like a variegated raphidophora tetrasperma (mini monstera) theyre really rare and expensive (from a google search)! So Jealous! Im unsure about if its ready for soil, id put it in some water and wait it out to let it acclimate!

2개 좋아요 I will warn, variegated leaves can burn super easy so id keep it not in direct sun, and since i think variegation in mini monstera is pretty unstable when u do pot it up use fertilizer rhat encourages variegation like a low nitrogen fertilizer
