Hi everyone my coworker bought me a plant, I’m thinking it’s a zebra plant but would like a second or third opinion lol

    Yes it is a Haworthia Zebra. Only water when soil is totally dry. Bright light. Avoid direct sun except morning sun. After watering, dump the water that has drained into the outer pot.

    Don't get water in between the leaves (it gets trapped there and rots) and switch to a high-drainage cactus and succulent soil mix. You can also put a little bit of small gravel or orchid bark in the very bottom of the pot; that extra drainage goes a long way towards preventing root rot
