I'm a newer plant mom & got this pothos that was in bad shape from Lowe's. I don't think I'm helping it at all. 😣 Maybe it'd help to know what kind it is. Does anyone know what kind of pothos this is or why the leaves may be yellowing? Thank you
For the yellowing it’s very possible that it’s due to overwatering, which is pretty common when buying from big box stores. Just make sure the pots got drainage and only water when the soils gotten pretty dry. I normally just stick my finger into the soil a few inches and if it feels dry I’ll water. You can also give it a quick check to make sure the roots look healthy and there are no pests if you’re worried!

I would recommend repotting her. The soil looks very compacted and it’s probably not the best soil for the plant. She is likely overwatered because of the soil and is getting root rot. You definitely want to get those roots out and cleaned off. Pot her up in a chunky mix and water when the top half is dry. Rooting for you!! 😂🥰💚🍃🍃
