    It doesn’t look like a ficus to me? This is what I get when I search - Aglaonema or commonly known as Chinese evergreen.

    Definitely either an aglaonema or dieffenbachia. They’re very similar, so look through the many IDs until you find a variegation that looks like yours. Pro tip: they both have toxic micro-crystals in their sap, particularly in their flowers, so it’s a good idea to behead the flowers before they bloom, use separate gloves and tools when handling them, and using gloves. Not everyone reacts to the crystals, but those that do say it’s like broken fiberglass on your hands, so you’re probably better safe than sorry with wearing gloves with it. And it’s very toxic to pets. I sadly had to give mine away because of my dog.
