I’m in Oregon. Can I get an ID on this? My neighbor brought it over, said another neighbor cut it off his bush in the front yard. I’d like to know the ID so I can find out if I can propagate it :) ✌🏻🌺

    Looks kinda like a hibiscus.

      The edges of the leaves are too smooth to be a hibiscus. But I’m not an expert.. just comparing

      Just my opinion. I lived in Hawaii for 4 years and to me it’s a hibiscus looking plant.
