does anyone know if this is a christmas cactus, false christmas cactus, easter cactus, or false easter cactus? they're so hard to tell apart but now that it's flowering i thought it would be easier, thanks!

That one is definitely a thanksgiving. The key differences are the shape and size of the serrations on the leaf sides.

The sharp points lead me to believe thanksgiving as well!

Wow, all this time I labeled my plant as a Christmas cactus.

Picture was taken in December. Last year it bloomed in November and December. Kinda looking like it may bloom again now, with the steams turning dark red.

It overdue a new pot, but I’m afraid it will die when I repot it. Any suggestions???

definitely take propagations before repotting it just in case so u can still keep some 😁 otherwise just keep a close eye on it right after it being repotted for a week or two just in case 👍

Thanks, I’m afraid to repot it now😟. It’s dropping branches now, something needs to be done. Think I’ll move it from inside to the porch since it has gotten warm here.

Thanks, I’ve got to do some research on propagation.
