    That is a type of snake plant. An uncommon one. It may be a dracaena dwarf samurai. I have yet to ever see these in a plant store. Even the exotic plant store that I visit has not been able to get them. There are several very similar so I may not have the exact name.

    I am probably correct because Goggle AI identifies it as a sansevieria dwarf samurai also. Dracaenas and sansevierias are same plant, they have been reclassified several years ago.
