what is this? (I know one of the stems is gross but I bought it like that :/ she will survive)

When a leaf falls off there is always a potential for another flower to grow from the breakage point. That’s why you can cut the tips off and replant and leave the stems to regrow. It’s looking OK to me! Just pull that floppy one off. 😂
