What would be causing this on my Philodendron "White Wizard"?

    It could be sunburn or fertilizer burn. It’s also possible from overwatering.

    The burn is probably from too much nitrogen in your fertilizer mix. I would run warm water over the soil so that it runs all the way through for around 20-40 seconds to wash away any salts.
