So I was poking around in my garden this morning and I noticed this. Tried to use the plant ID to identify it. It’s too close to my petunias so it was unable to identify. Anyways, does anyone have any idea what this is? The end was wrapped around one of my marigolds. Is this plant harmful or poisonous?

0 Me gustaDefinitely looks like morning glory! Just give it something to climb on and then they won’t strangle your other plants!
If it is morning glory, then beware that they are considered very invasive to the extent that if you pull apiece off and drop it on the ground it will root. I once had some come through my bedroom wall in the closet. When I was moving I moved a dresser that was in the closet, and that’s when found the morning glory growing in the dark!
