my guess is that one is some sort of monstera and the other is some sort of rubber plant, but any help would be great! id love to know what they are specifically

Plant Fatherlooks like monstera adansonii (might be ssp laniata if underneath the leaves is shimmery/sparkly) and hoya australis “lisa” both are easy care, fast growers. make sure your hoya especially is potted in a very chunky, airy mix. they are prone to rot in potting soil so i plant mine in a coco husk based mix but fir bark chips work too
