I recently rescued these two Hoyas, but in classic Lowe’s fashion, they were only marked as “assorted foliage”. I’m pretty sure the first is a Hoya pubicalyx, and the other is a Hoya macrophylla, but I’d love some confirmation on identifying them from those more experienced with Hoyas, especially since I haven’t been able to find splash-specific cultivars for either out of the ID choices available on the app atm. TIA for any help in identifying these two 😊 (And if anyone has any name suggestions for these two, feel free to leave them in the comments 👍)

    It looks identical to my Hoya Pubicalyx. Except yours has more leaves lol!

      I combined two that were on trellises for the each of the Hoyas, and decided to let them become a trailing plant instead. I know they’re slow growers, so I figured it’d be a lot less painstaking for me to wait to watch it grow if I start off with more of a plant to look at 😂 And thanks for the quick response! 😊

      It’s good to hear from you! My Hoya is such a slow grower that I was worried something was wrong. I was so upset because I accidentally broke off the vine that is growing up.

      Nice to hear from you too 😊 And I totally understand the pain of accidentally snapping a branch of a beloved plant off. I’m still trying to figure out what I’m gonna name these two Hoyas. 🌱

      Pubicalyx is not slow growing to me and I’ve got mine circled around the trellis, multiple times.
