hellooo :) this is my first post because i have questions and don’t know who to talk to!! i have done research, but feel stuck as to what the next steps are here… and also what kind of colocasia hybrid this is…? i want my plant baby to grow healthy as best as it can provided my growing home skills! TLDR: second chance, who is she, what’s the next step? so i bought this when it had two medium sized leaves, fully black— it soon sprouted a third, fourth, and fifth. winter indoors i tried my best to raise humidity and light to her, but she soon drooped heavily, the center bulb (also a corm; i learned) got squishy, and the plant ā€œdiedā€. or so i thought? based off what i’ve read, people say this is normal? so i kinda froze on what to do and let the corm just hang out. gave her a water and went on vacation— nerve wracking enough i come home to her sprouted runners. i was so excited that i had another chance and now i really want to expand my plant care for her (and all my plants ofc) i figured they were fussy but apparently not? so i’m looking for some helpful advice :) ps. pebble tray thoughts? humidifier on wish list.
