harperit looks like a syngonium white butterfly to me, but if the veins are pink/red, it's a cream allusion. hope this helps!

I was thinking batik too.

Batik has more pronounced veining, which a few of the leaves on your plant have that, but white butterfly is washed-out. This is my batik.
