Hi guys! My mom just gave me this plant but I have no idea what it is (and she doesn't either). Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance :)

    That's definitely a bulb flower, and probably an iris. It looks healthy, so you should get a bloom soon

    Maybe a Blackberry Lily Iris or a Tulbaghia Violacea (society garlic). Just my best guesses. Definitely google and/or research to be sure (I’ve been wrong before). If it were me I’d want it to be the Violacea. They smell amazing and they’re edible. I’ve never eaten one, but I’d definitely try it if ever the occasion arises 😊
