   Looks like some sort of echeveria:). I don’t know the exact type.

   I agree, looks like a type of echeveria to me as well. It also looks like the bottom leaves are on their way out, and I think that is due to the soil it’s in. My succulents & cacti have all responded really well to the “mix your own” soil instructions that Planta provides.

   That looks like a common houseleek/ hen and chicks. That definitely needs to move to succulent soil and I would remove that lower layer of rotting leaves as they will just spread bacteria to the health parts of the plant. I had 2 of these and 1 just suffered the same fate because I couldn’t save it from its nursery pot from the store in time.
