My cameras AI is confused on this one! Any help? The apartment landscape team put these in front of my place a few weeks ago…I think they will flower!? Someone on here has got to know!

    Those are planted in every public space all over Florida, Busch gardens has several thousand, my apartment complex has a ton, etc. I have no idea what they are but I’m sure it would be easy to find at any local landscape/nursery. My local Wawa has about 18 of them and over half of them are flowering with some small purple flowers
