    No, its better not to because it causes stress and they absorb extra humidity. I also cannot tell if that is soil or orchid bark but only use orchid bark bc they need to breathe. Soil can suffocate the roots. They grow on top of trees and the roots are more like vines

      Repot her asap!! You need a breathable medium, like orchid bark or leca (depending on the humidity of your climate and how often you’re willing to water them) there is a good chance that she grew that many roots outside because all of the roots inside the pot are rotten, you will have to trim those. There are lots of tutorials online
