Got this lil cutie for free today but it’s not labeled. Apple wasn’t able to give me an exact identification, can someone help me out please? 😁

2 Me gustaAwesome thank you! Apple photos said it was a type of blood leaf but I could only find the deep red ones. Figured it was faster to ask here and I was right!
0 Me gustaWhat do you mean that Apple wasn’t able to give any info? Genuinely curious
0 Me gustaApple (iphone) photos can identify plants, it gave me two different plants but neither of them looked like the exact one that this is.
3 Me gustaJosie you just blew my fricken mind 🫠 thank you kindly for this information🙏 I’m only 25 but my hubby calls me a boomer
2 Me gustaMy mom uses that! She loves it. She is a boomer, so no excuses 😆 😂 🤣

0 Me gustaMy rule about questions is if you ask politely I answer politely. But the go to should always be to be polite not rude! Glad I could help you lean something! Knowledge is for everyone. ☺️
1 me gustaIs it better than Google lens?

personally i dont trust it at all - its calling my variegated frydek a philodendron 😂
1 me gustaI’ve never used Google lens. Apple does get it wrong on occasion for sure but even when it’s wrong I can sometimes get enough from it to go in the right direction to figure it out if I’m not too lazy to dig. 😂
1 me gustaMom and I compared them(I have android) against eachother while I visited AZ in Dec. And they were pretty comparable. They each got a few wrong, but its taking a 2d pic and trying to find 'facial' recognition on another 2d pic. I gotta give them some leeway lol
