Help? The person I got the first plant from said it's meant to be a small tree with purple flowers, but google says it's a Mexican petunia. I'm just thinking it's dying! The second is just labeled "basket foliage"

KadesI think the first ID is right, all I know about them is that they can become invasive if not kept in a container. Second looks like a Boston fern

Here is mine it blooms flowers every morning and drops the flowers at night.. Strangest thing I’ve ever seen
