I purchased this plant yesterday that was labeled as a philodendron. When I scan it comes up as a monkey mask monstera adansonii. I have it in a hanging pot because similar older plants were also in hanging plants. What do you think it is, and will it be appropriate to keep it in a hanging pot? It’s funny to me how when I go plant shopping there is always one plant that seems to want to go home with me, even if it’s not my favorite. There was a white wizard philodendron there and I don’t know why I didn’t get it, but now I really want to go back for it.

    They are climbers so I’m not sure how it’d fair in a hanging pot

      Thank you! Do you know if a philodendron white wizard would do ok in a hanging pot?

      I would say no- I keep on moss pole for white wizard

      I agree with Sabine, white wizards like to climb. If you want a trailing plant I recommend some kind of pothos or philodendron Micans, heart leaf or lemon-lime are great trailing plants!
