Hello, i’ve had this plant for two years now and my plant scanning app has told me it’s a giant milkweed. I have known this to be wrong for a while. However, the plant wasn’t struggling so I didn’t bother to look up the actual species. However, as you can see, it’s now struggling/dying so if anyone knows what type of plant this is, please let me know.
Wow I can see why it was thought to be a milkweed. I have no idea. Good luck on finding it out!

I’d like to toss my hat into the ring with a guess. I’m no ficus expert, but I’ve seen quite a few and have owned 3 ficus elasticas. This is an ID for another type of ficus that I think resembles your leaves. Any ficus experts, please correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m agreeing it’s not a milkweed. Perhaps scrolling through the ficus options in the search section here might find a plant that matches yours. Hope this helps!
