So: growth pattern of a birkin without the lines and waxy leaves with light variegation in the lower more mature ones. I am calling him "identity crisis." I have no clue what kind of philodendron he is, please help!

Could not enough light be the issue? Even though it looks like he has plenty.

Too much direct sunlight can cause variegation to fade, maybe try moving it to indirect light.

Hello! Looks like a young Golden Goddess philodendron with stippling from possible spider mites.
