What is this? I've had it for a while and just treating it like any other philodendron, and it's been happy and also really slow growing. I put it under a grow light and a new leaf popped, but it grew too close to the light and burned in a pattern. So I moved it away and it is happy but just kinda stopped making new leaves at the fast rate it was going at. That leaf spike has been there for around 4 months.

Put a humidifier or pebble tray under it along with the grow light then watch it go crazy in growth

Consider dusting off your foliage more front and back to keep it rid of dust. This helps with photosynthesis better. I keep my certain treasures leaves clean off weekly front and back with a wet paper towel and neem oil .. I keep the foliage dust free

One in the left looks to be a ficus elastics burgundy and the other would be some sort of philodendron. But that’s just a guess because I don’t have any philodendron

I’m open to being entirely wrong but that looks more like a possible bird of paradise to me!

No it's got the philodendron growth pattern. A lot of people are used to seeing the vinier types. I have a few cuttings taken from it and the roots can confirm, but I still have no clue what variety it is.

Although I see your confusion, it's not a very good pic. Here's a better one.
