   My neighbor has the same plant and the flowers grow very big, but I think mine is to big for the pot or something and the flowers do not grow big enough. I’m open for advice. Thank you

   These are from the same above plant. Those are what the flowers at the tips look like and the green ones are new flowers growing. I think they are some type of succulents plant but not sure which one. Does anyone know?
