Recently got this in a trade, was told its was a “Purple Coleus”. Im assuming its is a Coleus but i was hoping to find the exact variation it is. The middles is a deep red wine color and the outside is a medium leaning towards darker green, on some of the leaves where it connects to the stem the veins are very pale yellow nearly white.
I probably spent a week searching for the exact variation of my coleus.. to no avail 😭😭🤣🤣 there's just sooooo many

1 j'aime I would Google these ones and see which one looks like it, when I Google which coleus is purple with fuzzy leaves it comes up that it's not a coleus but a purple passion 🤣🤣🤦♀️ the purple passion is also called The velvet plant so it's velvety fuzzy
She's under a grow light that's the only place she's happy in my house lol so that's why she looks a little pinkish but she's a dark purple and very fuzzy and the leaves are kind of spiky on the tips she's a little limp because I transplanted her a week ago she still coming around she's a little fussy one

There is a variegated version of this purple passion plant and the variegation is PINK , it's expensive, it's on my list 🤗
0 J'aime My husband looked at your picture and it definitely looks a lot more like the coleus leaves, the edges are more round, and when I say fuzzy leaves I mean super super thick fuzzy
