PhilSome people call it the flapjack plant. It needs sun or a very bright grow light to keep the colors

It can get very big. They like it outside during the summer. But take it out gradually.

Oh I didn’t know it can get big. It’s so tiny to start out but I have noticed since repotting it after purchase it is growing very fast!
