    It looks like maybe a pilea depressa - “baby tears” They are really quite beautiful.

    I’d cut off the sections with leaves and prop them in water or whatever you have good luck with. Let them grow new leaves. When. You’ve got two inches of roots and secondary roots on those, it’s ready to plant.

    Then you can cut the stems on the rest if they’ve got growth nodes into a box with white perlite in it and moisten with some water and put a closed lid on it. If you get those plastic clamshell boxes that store food in, wash it out and put an inch or two of perlight and may the sections of vine you’ve cut then lay them flat in the perlite. Moisten the perlite and close the lid. Then you have other props you can plant them with the original plants you’ve been growing in water. Then you’ll have a full plant.
