I got this plant for free at Lowes today. Anyone have any ideas what he is? He looks and feels a little dry too, he was the best out of all of the options I had to choose from.

    Air plant ! Turn upside down in a bowl of water and soak for 10-20 mins !

      Do I leave it in the cute acorn pot or should I try and get it out? Won't the soil fall out when I flip it over?

      Oh they don’t have soil they grow in the air and yes but you should be able to take it out and put it back in

      Oh it is so cute. Perfect. I will do that now. Should I set him out to dry or do i immediately place him back in his pot after he is watered?

    I soak the whole thing then dry him upside down to make sure there's no water sitting in it, them just set him back in the acorn
