This is some kind of air plant which Planta mistakenly called a spider plant. I water it every 3 to 4 days upside down keeping the roots dry and let it drain upside down so the roots don’t get any moisture. For that reason I have not misted it. I also haven’t fertilized it in two years and I know every plant needs to eat. Can someone tell me what kind of air plant this is and how do I fertilize it if I do it all? Thanks🧐

    If this is the wrong site, please don’t bite me! I have a question regarding fertilizers. It seems that many of the plants require a 10–10–10 composition. I have Miracle Grow a 12–4–8, Dr. Earth Pure Gold and Grow concentrate, which is a 1–1–1 and, my newest, Plant Juice by Elm Dirt, which is an all natural 0.05–0.01–0.01 mix. This is a little complex and it’s where I get confused, I don’t know which is the best to use, and if the fertilizers with the lowest percentages should be used more often than the ones with higher percentages??? Maybe I’m all wet? 🤪 Can anyone shed some light on this seemingly complicated matter? Thanks ahead of time.

      What kind of plant is this, first of all? The plant looks healthy to me, but it needs to be cleaned up a bit. Just pull off the dried leaves very carefully. If you have any more questions, post it on a site by itself, so that many people will see it, not just me. Be sure to say why you think it might be dying, and anything else you can think of, like how often does it get watered, and are you asking about the tall plant or the tiny little plant in the pot with it?
