I’m having trouble identifying this succulent. Planta says Mexican Snowball. Google lens identifies it as something more rare but looks correct to me. Is anyone familiar with it? Thanks.

What is google lens identifying it as? It looks to be a rarer variety, but there’s still the possibility it’s a bit off on the exact variety.

There are several that look extremely similar. Some are from Korea. But also this pic is an Echeveria gold Jupiter.

I’m not even sure where I got it. Think it was from a plant fair.

I agree that it’s a echeveria gold jupiter, or a similar variety, but Planra currently doesn’t have that variety, as well as a lot of the rarer varieties from Korea and Japan. I found 3 that are close and should give you similar care instructions you’d need for a gold Jupiter. You can compare them to yours and see which one you’d like to use as the current ID, but you can call it gold Jupiter in the name in case they do add the ID in later updates of the app. Hope this helps! Thanks. I knew care would be similar but was curious as to what I had come across. Thanks for the links.

No problem! And good luck with the new succulents! They’re really cute! ☺️
