Hi all, I've got my pride and joy Steven here (attached). Up until recently I had been caring for him as per generic cactus instructions but when he started to show a few signs of root rot I wanted to look at a more specific guide. I can't seem to find the tag with his scientific name but if I recall correctly Google images of that name looked nothing like him - some kid at the garden centre must have swapped out the tags. Does anyone know what kind of cactus he is? (and if possible any recovery instructions - he hasn't been the same ever since one overwatering a few months to a year ago, I know, I feel ashamed for waiting so long to find proper recovery instructions.).
