I’m hoping one of you green fingered lovelies out there will be able to help me identify this beauty. I’ve had it a couple of years but have never known what it actually is! App says philodendron? It’s got thick, strong leaves and is happy to dry out between watering. Thank you! ☺️

it could possibly be a peperomia also. it looks kind of like p. maculosa or elongata

Thank you so much for your help, I think you’re onto something there! 🕵️ I’ve just googled the elongata and it looks extremely similar!

You are right. They absolutely are too thick. I was only looking at the leaves.

Thank you @froggies and @lisa. Really appreciate your help. I had thought the same thing, due to the shape of the leaves but the stems may be a bit thick for a hoya??? I think I’ll let it do its thing this year and hopefully when it’s a bit more mature I’ll know for sure 💚
