Hello! Does anyone know what kind of plant this is? And if so do you know how to get it to grow some more leaves? I got it at my grandfather’s funeral and really want to keep it alive but I just won’t come back. Anything helps!

It looks like some sort of pothos; something in the epipremnum genus. It’s likely a golden pothos but the care for most common pothos is similar. It may also be an unvariegated pothos. If it’s a variegated one, it needs several hours of bright indirect light every day to bring back the gold specks on the leaves. It could also be a Lily of China, so also check that out and see if that fits. Lily of China is ‘Aglaonema modestum’ and Golden Pothos is ‘Epipremnum aureum.’
