Need help identifying whatâs left of a plant purchased a few months ago and left outside. It originally had shoots of aloe. Google and Planta say stonecrop and jade plant. Iâd like to repot it if possible! *Updated to add a picture I found of the original!

Does it have roots? If so, yes replant it. If not, let itâs cut point dry out for a day or two, then proceed with rooting it in water or just stick it in a pot with something else until it has its own roots.
