I’d say Ficus Elastica Tineke or Ficus Elastica Variegata. Are you new to this type of plant? I can share some tips if you’d like.

Here’s a few tips I’ve picked up from caring for mine (I’ve got a Tineke, Burgundy, and Belize) - I like to use a wooden/bamboo/barbecue skewer and stick it all the way into the bottom of the pot, then take it out to test if the soil is dry enough to water. If the soil sticks to it, wait at least 2 days, then test again. If the skewer comes out clean and dry with nothing sticking to it, it should be safe to water. I wait about 11-14 days before watering mine, depending on the size of the plant and season. - they need a well-draining soil. Mine are in a mix of Espoma’s Organic Cactus and Succulent and All-Purpose mixes. They’re a little infamous for “eating their soil”, so you might find you have to add more soil over the top of the plant every couple of months if the roots start poking out. Avoid Miracle Grow’s soil for this plant as it isn’t well-draining enough for a ficus. - they do well in a variety of lighting conditions, but mine enjoy sitting in south-facing windows. Anything that offers at least 4-6 hours of sunlight a day should suffice. - avoid self-watering pots for this one. I’d opt for a terra-cotta pot with at least one large drainage hole or a plastic pot with multiple drainage holes. It’s easiest to water this plant by pouring water over the top, letting the water drain out of the drainage holes, and leaving it to drain in a sink or dry out over a terra cotta saucer.

That's a tineke! Medium bright light, water when top layer is no longer damp, and chop the top off if you want branches!
