Looks like pokeweed. Birds and caterpillars love it, but the berries are not safe for humans. Also any purple part of it can stain clothing, and some people can get an allergic reaction (rash and blistering) from handling it (it seems to be a genetic allergy as some people are consistently fine while others react every time)
