Can anyone help me identify these Hoyas? The first was a gift with no label, and the other was just labeled as âblack marginâ when I got it. After googling Iâve come to learn that just describes the black coloring around the leaf edges and doesnât apply to a single species of Hoya. Thanks in advance for the help!

Is your Hoya Krohniana Black not black? The picture shows the one I bought a few months ago that clearly has black leaves. The one next to arrived yesterday without dark leaves. Both are supposed to be the black variety. Iâm assuming the green one needs more sun. So, I put it outside to get morning to see if it will tan. đ€š
Is it ok to repot a Hoya while itâs blooming or should I wait until itâs done? Thanks so much!

My Hoya Elliptica finally put out a full healthy set of blooms and they are very juicy! The nectar has a light sugary flavor. Iâm not sure if it will attract ants since itâs outside on a stool. Before you ask, Iâm not a card carrying member of the hoya licking community! I didnât even know nectar eating was a âthingâ until recently! Hoya people be different!đ

I moved my Hoya Krohniana back outside post Hurricane. I bagged the seed pods to collect the tiny seeds. A second seed pod has opened. The under developed seed pods are turning black. Iâm assuming the moves inside and out are stressful for the plant.
