Hi all I’m new to this plant life but enjoying it so much. I want to make sure I’m doing all I can do for my plants. Can anyone confirm what kind of Hoya this is? Any tips and get a trellis for it?

I do not follow the apps watering schedule. Just use it as a guide. I’m curious about its timing though and wonder if anyone has any thoughts on it. I have many Hoyas and I can’t figure out why the watering schedule can be anywhere from 11 days to 16. Similar size Hoya, same 3” pot, same lighting. Are some Hoyas known to be thirstier? It makes sense, but all mine seem to average about 12 or 13 days.

help!! i’m not quite sure what my hoya is doing, the leaves are kind of shriveling near the ends, i tried watering it less & then i tried watering it more & moving it to different lighting, im not sure what to try next. it was about to bloom; it has a few peduncles but nothings happened since then. advice much appreciated, thanks!

Just wanted to ask where do you find a decent size sturdy trellis that won't rust or break on you? I dont have a big budget to buy them with but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? I have two pretty large hoyas, 4 smaller ones and an in between medium size all of which could really use a trellis at this point.

Hello, I have had a variegated Hoya Hindu Rope for about 6 months. The growth has been slow, but steady. White and green leaves, some creamy color and some light pink. Yesterday I found a dark red leaf growing… I am not sure if this is normal, or healthy, or just weird. Can anyone give insight, is this ok? Photos attached, thank you!

Need help with these plant IDs. I thought the one in the right was a Hoya Carnosa based on the tag from Home Depot (proven winners) but then I bought the one on the left and now I’m not sure what I’ve got on the right. The left has a slightly fuzzy bottom on the mature leaves and the right has the same texture throughout. Any help would be appreciated!

Windy is doing amazing loving our transition into the winter solstice apparently. However with the glass shelve and everything else going on this picture it hurts my eyes to try and see her entirely in this picture 😆 this area is the Hoya hangout

Wilbur Graves Silver—such a beauty.

ID help-please! Was gifted this as an Obovata or Dinner Plate. Searches came back primarily as Kerrii (it’s not) or one said Heuschkeliana broad leaf green form juvenile🤷‍♀️ It’s 3 3/4W x 4 1/4L. Not as shiny as photographed. More matte. Can feel veination, otherwise smooth. Is “stiff”, but not particularly thick like an Obovata or Kerrii. Front and back shown in photos. If I can add anything else to help identify, ask and I will add to post. Appreciate any help with ID. Thanks, Beth

Recently got this Heuschkelania Inner Variegated. She said she had wrapped the long stem inside for transport. It seems the whole stem is pushing out roots. Maybe it was wrapped in the pot for some time? Should I try to pack it back in?
