Looking for some help identifying this Hoya! I believe it’s a Lacunosa, can anyone confirm? Thanks!!
I got my Hoya Parasitica Splash in November. I kept it in sphagnum moss in its original container because it didn’t have many roots. I thought it would be one of those plants that didn’t grow, but, didn’t die either. It recently showed new growth including more roots and a tiny new leaf! I plan to repot it into a chunky potting mix. I look forward to more of the very stiff leaves
Hoya Kerrii reverse var. typically has blooms ready to go as these ones die off. You can see the new ones peeking out.
I just found these dried out leaves while misting Timothy the Hindu. Anybody know why this might have happened? Help please!!!
Is that white stuff on that lowest leaf normal? Just want to make sure there’s not any disease or pests going on. It’s a Hoya kentiana, in case that makes a difference. Thanks!
Just wanted to share a pic of my friend’s legacy Hoya. Her grandmother got the mother plant in 1965. My friend took a clipping when she went off to college (late ‘80s) and here it is today..
I got my first ever Hoya today, I saw this little cutie at the nursery and couldn’t leave without her!
Im thinking this is a Krohniana or Lacunosa. Can anyone confirm or tell me I’m completely in left field? 🤣
Got this Hoya Compacta 3 years ago and it was a small 3 leaf cutting. Grows incredibly slow and finally bloomed for me.
My favorite Hoya bloom as it smells like roses. Smelled it before I saw that one bloom had opened. This is Hoya Jennifer.
Is that what I think it is on my Hoya????? 😬🫣🤗
Here’s a cute little paper clip (safety pin?) trellis on Hoya GPS 7240 😊
Hello everyone, I’m just getting started on my Hoya journey. Theses are my new babies I purchased a Hoya mystery pack in January, and this is where they are now. I’m very satisfied so far it looks like all are growing well. I’m open for any suggestions. Good luck to you all on your journey.
My two new babies for my collection. Hoyas are addictive 😄🌱
While pruning, I accidentally knocked a peduncle off of my Hoya krohniana Eskimo. I need to share this with people who understand the true tragedy. 😭😭😭
After my grandma passed I got a small cutting that she had started beforehand of a beautiful Hoya. It has gotten so long (longest vine is a little over 4ft) and I was considering putting it on a trellis. But I’ve also seen so people hang them which I’m considering as well. I was just hoping to get recommendations of different trellis you all have used or that you currently are using and pictures would be greatly appreciated 😊
Newbie here! My best friend has gifted me with several cuttings of what I believe is Hoya Burtoniae. The cuttings are currently in water and I have them placed under a grow light! What kind of soil should I be transferring them to once they’ve rooted? Any insight/tips/tricks to help this plant see success would be so appreciated!
Hoya AH-556 Seeds-002 bloomed for me for the first time.
Unfortunately I had a few crazy weeks and one of my Krimson Queens has died. I know these leaves won’t come back, but is there any point in waiting around to see if it will put out another leaf or now with the death of these should I put it in the graveyard? Sorry for such a silly newbie question…
