What is the best way to convert the sphagnum moss medium into my regular? Which is: orchid mix, fir bark, seedling mix, sphagnum moss, chunky perlite. Pros & cons of doing this?

Well, I went on a three week trip, and left my plants in my daughterâs bffâs care. Before I left my hoya had finished flowering but was beginning to show a few more buds, I came home to this!!

Hello Hoya hive mind! Would anyone be able to help me with an ID? My friend gave me this lighter shade Hoya and I thought it was an Australis but the stem is way firmer and thicker than my other Australis. Thoughts? The leaves are also lighter and seem grooved?

Just counted my hoyasâŠ. 29 đŹđ All varieties living in ambient conditions and making my planty heart happy. A beautiful new pink splash cutting from my pal Iâm excited about. Common but so pretty, and these are special to me as my first hoya was a pubicalyx thatâs still one of my favs (linked). Donât have any recent pics of my others but may post a few soon though not really sure why đ Weâve been swapping cuttings using fluval and though I donât love it for other plant types, hoyas seem to do great and itâs a bit easier than making pon⊠Goodnight all! Ottâs exotic plants has some gorgeous Hoya australis Lisa plants and I almost got one today. I only have a tiny Hoya pubicalyx and am not experienced with Hoyas. Since Hoyas are climbers would I need a trellis for it to climb on? Could I treat it more like a hanging plant and let the branches dangle? I donât want to get a plant if I canât provide the appropriate environment for it.

I feel so silly! I bought this Hoya a few weeks ago. For some reason (probably because I have so many plants) I didnât get it entered into my Planta app for a bit, and by the time I thought to do it I had forgotten what kind of Hoya it was and where I got it. đŹđ I believe it is a callistophylla. Can anyone help me with a positive ID?

So last year I posted about my 15 year old Hoya who had never bloomed but then she did last year. She bloomed again already this year from the same place as last but nowâŠ..she has another two new blooms going in new places!!!! I am dying and had to share!! đ„°đ„°đ„°

Hey there! Iâm super new to Hoyas and I picked up this Polyneura inner variegated and pandurata Vietnam. I need help on how to care for these Hoyas. I feel like I might be overwatering. They sit in front of a grow light on high for 12 hours a day.

I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on with my extremely old hoya carnosa. She recently underwent a move a little over a month ago and has always lived outside. This being said, I'm used to seeing normal wear and tear on her. But recently a few leaves have these spots. First picture shows a new leaf coming in that has brown spots around the edges. Second photo is an older mature leaf with these spots as well. Not all new leaves are coming in this way. Third picture is normal new growth. She just finished a large round of blooms where she had five active at the same time. Now she looks like she might start another round. She seem happy and has plenty of new vines shooting out. Only thing strange is these spots. I dont want it to turn into something to where it's too late. Any thoughts?

I finally got two penduncles on my Hoya Cumingiana!đ I have admired its ability to grow leaves for a year thinking itâs going to be the showy leaf growing variety with no peduncles. đ Itâs any easy care hoya. No leaf spots. Aphids and mealybugs donât like it. It must be the unappetizing woody branches. đȘŽ
