I saved two of these hoyas from a big box store a few months back. Today I rinsed the roots and repotted them with orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir. One of the pots has two stems with no leaves, is there any hope for them to put out new leaves? Any tips for hoyas are welcome!!!
The stems with new leaves are probably going to die off, you can keep them and there is a small chance with the right care they might come back but cutting them off would save plant energy. Since you’re using a chuck soil mix make sure you water a good amount (I water mine once a week) and give them tons of sun. Also I see you have gnats, I had gnats for moths and the one thing that fixed it was mosquito bites. I highly recommend getting them if you haven’t already.
