Sorry to sound ignorant I am new to plants. Is this a Hoya Carnosa? That’s what the app identified it as but when I look at other pictures, it doesn’t seem like it.. will this one bloom?

    The leaves look too skinny to be a Carnosa. Not sure. My first thought was it’s a Hoya Pubicalyx.

    Both the Carnosa and Pubicalyx varieties bloom when conditions are right. The Carnosa seems to bloom more readily.

    Yes, I agree with Hoya Publicalyx, too. Be patient with this plant with respects to blooming. It may take a while. I purchased mine from a cutting over 3 years ago. It’s large, healthy and finally bloomed last month.

      Good to know!! Thank you! It looks beautiful! I was worried about it being in a small pot, but I guess they can thrive in small pots

      The. There’s hope for mine. It’s two years old. Keeps putting out vines and new leaves. It’s on a round trellis and is very full.
