I just got this beautiful hindu rope for mother's day, and I was wondering if I should repot it, I know they like to be root bound, its currently in an 8 inch pot, and I know the plant size doesn't indicate the root ball, and I would check, but I don't want to disturb it to check as it is new to my collection and I don't want to stress it out. It has almost 3 feet long tendrils. Please any advice you can give me would be wonderful. Update, the soil is drying quickly, it was dry in a week

    I would think you could leave it alone for a while, a hoya is not one of those plants that's going to surprise you with huge root growth. Keep an eye out for pests with that one, too.
