All of my Hoyas look pretty good except this guy. Pink Splash. Even after watering the leaves look wrinkled. Okay? Suggestions? Thanks!

      Just best guess if it isnā€™t water maybe itā€™s the light. Some of those lights are pretty high power so if plants get too close they can have a fit. My Hoya Sunrise is about 2 1/2 feet from this light and about 2 feet off this south window. Other than her growing thicker on the window side she is pretty happy with the light.

      I had a birken Philodendron that absolutely hated this wall and had to be moved under a grow light in my livingroom. I just would try backing it off the light and see if that helps.

    My Hoya khroniana (I know I spelled it wrong lol) got wrinkled like this when it wanted humidity

      I feel that! Iā€™m in the desert myself. I try to keep a humidifier on near the plants but sometimes I forget šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

    Looks like it needs more water. It could be low humidity as already mentioned. The roots can dry rot if the plant gets too dry so that the roots can no longer intake water. This requires the roots to be cut off and treat the plant like a unrooted cutting. I recommend misting the plant and placing a clear plastic bag over it to increase the humidity levels or add a humidifier. I would check the roots for dry rot if the increased humidity does not affect it. šŸŖ“šŸ€

    I would think the roots are not happy. If the roots are dying for some reason, it won't be able to suck up water and the leaves will start to die. I don't have that particular hoya, but most hoyas do well in a chunky mix of orchid bark, cactus mix, and potting soil. Like half or more orchid bark. And then water them when they are just becoming dry. This way they have consistent access to moisture while also allowing the roots to air out, which they need.
