hello :) can anyone help me identify what is happening to my hoya carnosa? I’ve checked her roots which seem good. I’ve also checked for pests & can’t seem to find any. thank you!!!

SunnyIt could be edema or a fungal infection. It’s hard to tell just looking at one leaf. 🪴🍀
