    I think it’s a fungal thing. Pretty common in Hoyas. Does r look too bad. The overall health of the plant looks good

    Looks like a water droplet burned it under your lights to me

    Might’ve been too close to the light, noticed scorched leaves on another plant. I moved it out of the box :)
